Looking for a professional, well-seasoned chef that knows old-school Italian cuisine.
This is a part-time position, Tuesday – Friday, 9 am-3 pm, for a lunch shift.
This position is perfect for someone who has a nighttime gig and is looking for extra shifts.
Someone with at least 5 years in an Italian kitchen.
Chef will be expected to receive daily deliveries and check for freshness.
Must be a team-player, dedicated, and respectful.
Chef must be familiar with cleaning and deboning fish, chicken, and meat. Must know how to make broths and sauces. Dishes such as osso buco, Bolognese sauce, brown sauce, marinara, etc.
Hourly pay $25-$28/hour, depending on experience. Must be a legal resident. Food handlers certificate a plus. If you do not know Italian food, then please do not reply. Please reply to post with your resume.
