I'm looking for a kitchen assistant who can work with me on location (Sunset Park, Brooklyn) to help with prep in the kitchen when I test and shoot my recipes.
What are we looking for?
Experience in a well-equipped kitchen. Home cooks are welcome as long as you have good work habits and work ethic.
Having experience in Asian cooking/food, especially Chinese cooking/food, is not required but highly preferred.
The ability to follow a recipe, write notes, and take the initiative to make suggestions.
What will you be doing?

The work includes:
Helping with preparing and cooking of partially developed recipes and taking notes.
Working with me in my home kitchen (Sunset Park, Brooklyn) and coordinating with me to shoot photos/videos for the website.
Support such as grocery runs and keeping the working space clean and organized.
Testing out fully-written recipes and reporting back on the results.
Currently I’m looking at 2 days (total 10 hours) per week, but sometimes I might need help for 3 days a week or longer hours.
