The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager that will help us maintain our high standards while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire our front of house team to provide outstanding service and uphold the restaurant's standards.
Foster strong interpersonal communication among staff, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative environment.
Oversee daily operations, including reservations, guest relations, and staff management, ensuring seamless service flow.
Monitor and maintain service quality, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Implement training and development programs to enhance staff performance and accountability.
Collaborate with the chef to ensure a cohesive dining experience that reflects our brand's values.
Manage inventory and supplies for the front of house, optimizing efficiency and cost control.
Assist to bridge any gaps between front and back of house information and/ or communiation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on communication and team collaboration.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold staff accountable for their performance.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of wine and food pairings.
