Requirements for Host:
Must have experience with Resy platform and prior hosting experience. Schedule will be Thurs 10am-8pm, Sat 10am-8pm and Sun 10am-4pm.
Requirements for Server:
Must have AT LEAST 3-5 years experience as a server in Upscale Casual/Fine Dining Environment.
Must have AT LEAST 1-3 years in a NYC restaurant.
Must have wine knowledge.
Must have cocktail knowledge.
Must have OPEN availability weekends are a must.
Experience with Toast POS system is a plus
Pre-Requisties:
Calm and collected under pressure.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Team Player.
Respectful.
Willingness to learn as well as take constructive criticism.
Experience in farm-to-table restaurants preferred but not required.
