Job Title: Server and Host/Hostess for Omakase Restaurant

We are a high-end omakase restaurant in the heart of Williamsburg seeking experienced and knowledgeable servers and hosts/hostesses to join our team. Our restaurant offers a unique and intimate dining experience, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for exceptional service and hospitality.
Job Summary:
We are seeking full-time servers and hosts/hostesses to work Tuesday through Saturday. As a server or host/hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
- Ensure that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, and seating guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or host/hostess in a high-end restaurant
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Ability to work full-time, Tuesday through Saturday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
