We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender/ busser / waiter / waitress to provide an excellent guest experience. Good service staff will be able to create classic and innovative experiences exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Take Orders from Guests and Patrons
Be able to communicate well with guests
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, restaurant supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Be a team player, help starting up a restaurant
Motivated individual looking to grow within the hospitality sector
Learn and Lead - Build a great work atmosphere
Provide exceptional service every time
Skills
Resume and proven working experience as bartender/ busser/ host/ maitre D'
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to organize and work efficiently
Relevant training certificate (health Certificate )
