Experienced Servers & Bartenders Wanted at Award-Winning Restaurant! The Benjamin, is seeking experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our esteemed team! Known for our Globally inspired American cuisine and craft cocktail program along with put wine spectator wining wine list, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Positions Available: - Servers (Full-time & Part-time) - Bartenders (Full-time & Part-time)
Responsibilities Include:
Servers: - Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism. - Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders. - Provide top-tier service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. - Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Bartenders: - Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beer. - Engage with guests, offering recommendations based on their preferences. - Maintain a clean, organized bar, and manage inventory.
Qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment is required. - Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail expertise (for bartenders). - Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence. - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Excellent communication and multitasking skills. - Professional appearance and demeanor.
