About La Napa:
La Napa is a celebrated Latin-inspired tapas restaurant that has been delighting guests with innovative dishes and exceptional service for over four years. Our mission is to create a vibrant and inviting dining experience that showcases the rich flavors and culture of Latin America. We are now seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects La Napa's commitment to excellence.
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with making menu selections by offering insightful suggestions and answering any questions.
Take accurate food and drink orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly and presented beautifully.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any issues or special requests.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and POS systems with care.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and restocking service stations.
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Uphold La Napa's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and respect towards guests and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in food and beverage.
Knowledge of Latin cuisine and wines is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as carry trays and lift up to 25 lbs.
