Leonard's Palazzo, Long Island's premier banquet hall, is currently seeking dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience at our venue.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide the highest quality service to guests at all times.
Treat every guest, employee, and vendor with respect and dignity.
Assist with the set-up and break down of banquet rooms, including but not limited to silverware, glassware, favors, decor-items, and linens.
Take meal and drink orders and execute all steps of service with precision.
Report to work on time and in proper work attire, adhering to the established punch-in and punch-out procedures.
Bus silverware and plates as necessary during cocktail hour and reception service.
Respond positively to any guest's request.
Perform other job-related activities or duties as required or assigned by the supervisor.
