SERVER - Do you have a friendly personality, strong customer service and value teamwork? Then you may be the right candidate to join our wait staff team. Looking for servers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full service restaurant. Shifts are days, nights and weekends but must have flexible schedule to work private catering events in the daytime as needed.
TAKE-OUT REP
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones in a friendly & inviting manner.
- Take customer's phone orders accurately
- Keep track of orders on ordering platforms (Uber, Grubhub, DoorDash).
- Pack all orders and hand off to drivers and /or customers, ensuring on-time and accurate food delivery
- Operate point-of-sales system and take credit card and cash payments accurately. Process customer reward points
- Direct other customer inquiries re reservations, catering, job applications etc to the appropriate staff member. Take accurate messages and follow up to make sure that contact was made between the staff member and the customer.
- Maintain a clean and organized take-out bagging and cashier checkout area
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Education:
