```Overview```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. ```Duties```
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS or similar)
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Clean and reset tables for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with POS systems (Touchbistro)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
