STARTING IMMEDIATELY SHORT-ORDER BREAKFAST,LUNCH,AND DINNER COOK, DISHWASHER/PREP
SHORT ORDER BREAKFAST,LUNCH,DINNER COOK RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Must be very fast and neat and organized
-Grill, cook, and fry foods such as french fries, chicken, fish, grits, bacon, eggs,pancakes,burgers,etc.
-Clean food prep areas,counters,tables,and all equipment
-Maintain inventory and make daily specials
-Good energy, great character, able to stand for long hours
-Clean grill & deep fryer
-Flexible schedule and able to work extended hours
-Food protection is a MUST
DISHWASHER/KITCHEN PREP JOB RESPONSIBILITY
-Prep for chef
-Follow planned menu and ingredients
-Work side by sided head chef to ensure kitchen functions properly
-Wash all pots, pans, silverware, etc. by hand
-Empty and clean all trash receptacles
-Clean equipment daily
-Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
-Clean dish storage
-Follow sanitation policies at all times
-Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
-Perform opening, closing and side work
-Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
-Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to management
