Devocion is hiring skilled BARISTAS for our BROOKLYN and MANHATTAN Locations.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three years experience in a specialty coffee shop
Have a warm, friendly and positive attitude, must be service minded, hospitality driven
Serve premium coffee, according to our recipes and standards, quality control
Great customer service, well spoken, can confidently speak about coffee drinks, suggestive selling
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment — WE AREA BUSY
Dial-in grinders, brew coffee, pour overs, latte art, expedite drinks, use register, have fun
Assist in side work, keeping the store clean, organized, stocked, check in orders, etc.
Two words: team work. Must be reliable and consistent.
NYC Food Handler’s card a plus
Must be flexible to work early morning hours (6am+), PM shifts (until 7pm), and/or weekends
Full time, 4-5 shifts
$16/hour, however we guarantee our baristas will earn at least $22.50/hour inclusive of tips, and will pay the difference if not. Our Baristas currently average $25-$28/hour with tips.
