Mil Gustos Hospitality Group an LGBTQ Owned company located in beautiful Park Slope, Brooklyn and parent company to four restaurants: Bogota Latin Bistro, Miti Miti Modern Mexican, Medusa the Greek, and Miti Miti Latin Street Food in South Orange, NJ is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our online presence through engaging and innovative content. This position will be 20-30 hours per week and will increase as we open other locations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Graphic Design:
o Create eye-catching designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
o Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and enhance our visual storytelling.
Video Editing:
o Edit and produce compelling video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
o Incorporate the latest video trends and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
Social Media Management:
o Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
o Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a strong online community.
Trend Analysis:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
o Implement strategies to incorporate these trends into our content to maintain relevance and engagement.
Marketing Skills:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversion.
o Use analytics to measure the success of content and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent marketing skills with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, design, and video editing.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with SEO and social media analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of photography and lighting techniques.
