Hello! We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team! This person should be a natural leader, creative, with a passion for food and cooking and the ability to multitask under pressure with grace. We are a two-time Michelin Bibb awarded restaurant that has been in business for 8 years located just 30 minutes north of Grand Central via Metro North. We are a 3 minute walk from the Hastings on Hudson train station.
Our cuisine is mediterranean and our story line allows us license to experiment with the cuisines of many countries providing they touch the Mediterranean. We are constantly searching for new ways to surprise and thrill our customers and our large group of loyal regulars. Spirit, creativity and experimentation are encouraged and welcomed.
