We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong culinary background, excellent organizational skills and a passion for mentorship.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure consistent food quality, lead kitchen operations, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, execution, and kitchen leadership.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and high culinary standards.
Oversee daily prep and line operations to ensure timely and precise service.
Maintain inventory, control food and labor costs, and support ordering.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings required.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and plating standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Food Safety Certification preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
