Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn – AM-THAI Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced Wok Station Cook who is skilled in Thai-style stir-fry dishes such as Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Fried Rice, and other wok-based menu items.
Responsibilities:
= Operate wok station with speed and precision
= Prepare stir-fried dishes following authentic Thai recipes
= Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station
= Work efficiently with kitchen team during busy hours
= Follow food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
= Prior experience in Asian or Thai or Chinese cuisine (wok cooking preferred)
= Ability to handle high-heat wok and multiple orders at once
= Team player with good communication and positive attitude
