The Pelican Room is seeking a passionate and experienced Barista Manager to lead our coffee program and barista team. In this role, you'll ensure the highest quality of coffee preparation, maintain service standards, and foster a collaborative, upbeat work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in specialty coffee, including advanced espresso techniques and brewing methods
Previous leadership or management experience in a café or hospitality setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to train, motivate, and schedule staff
Commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional customer service
A proactive, hands-on approach to service and team building
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
