Veselka Williamsburg is hiring! The iconic East Village restaurant is expanding to Brooklyn and we are looking to assemble a brand new team. Ideal candidates are hard-working, enthusiastic, punctual and reliable with at least 2 years industry experience. Knowledge of Eastern European cuisine and languages are a plus. Currently Hiring:
-Cashier
Cashier Duties include but are not limited to: Packaging and organizing to-go orders and carefully distributing food to drivers, making restaurant drinks, taking customer to-go orders, preparing desserts and garnishes.
This position requires standing for the duration of the shift.
Must have full weekend availability - this is a full-time position
To be considered for the position please:
-Communicate with your team and follow direction
-Have a great attitude
-Have at least 1 year experience in NYC restaurants
-Be able to carry plates and glassware, clear tables quickly, efficiently and safely
-Have experience cleaning glassware, rolling silverware, restocking stations
