Position Overview: We are currently hiring for Server, Bartender, and Host positions to deliver exceptional service in our rooftop lounge. You will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and enjoys a memorable experience with us.
Responsibilities:
Servers:
Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver them in a timely and friendly manner.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Bartenders:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Manage inventory and ensure that all drinks are made in accordance with company standards.
Engage with customers and provide recommendations on drink selections.
Hosts:
Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Manage reservations and communicate wait times clearly to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
Assist with crowd control during busy times and ensure a smooth flow of seating.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred but not required.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
For bartenders: knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus.
Must be of legal drinking age (21+ for bartenders).
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
