We are seeking LINE COOKS

Full-Time and Part-Time positions, for all shifts, are available.
Essential skills:
Strong work ethic, dedication, drive and passion for food. Must be self-motivated and professional; a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure. Must have strong attention to detail and carry the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
Job Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years as a line cook in a fine/upscale-casual dining restaurant
-Able to be flexible, adaptive, respond to changes, make decisions in stressful situations and prioritize tasks.
-Ensure all food "experiences" are of the highest quality including preparation, presentation, and taste.
-Prepare & serve all food in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as established company policies
-Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen/work station.
-Ensure all food storage areas are clean and organized at all times
-A food Handlers Certification is recommended.
Salary: competitive and commensurate with experience.
