Winona's is a Restaurant Bar/Wine Bar serving full Brunch fare on the weekends.
"This is a Part Time position"
We are currently looking for a Weekend Barista to join our ever expanding Brunch team.
Saturday and Sunday availability is a MUST for all applicants
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and outgoing person, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for food, wine and hospitality.
BARISTA
1 year of experience as a barista in NY or other metropolitan city
Confident and comfortable coming out to the floor and take orders
Early riser, all shifts start at 9 am.
Comfortable with steps of service
Excel at prioritizing dining customers and floor maintenance
Into food, fresh ingredients and wine
Able to establish a conversation and engage with customers
Hands on and hard worker
Adaptable
Team player
Follows recipes and commands
Fully Vaccinated (we will need proof)
Schedule flexibility (Must be available to work weekends and on holidays)
DOH certificate a plus
Natural wine knowledge a plus
Bartending experience or interest in cross training a huge plus
