Grassy Sprain Diner is Looking for a Counter/Phone Person! Must have Diner Restaurant server experience.
We are a busy, family-friendly diner seeking a reliable, friendly Counter Person/Host to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and seating customers, Taking phone orders accurately, Packing to-go orders promptly, Managing seating flow & waitlist
Handling payments at the counter, Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or counter experience required, with knowledge of POS system
Friendly, professional attitude, Ability to multitask in a busy environment, Reliable transportation, Weekend availability
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time shifts available
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate + tips (based on experience)
