Busy OB/GYN office is seeking an entry/mid level medical assistant for a full time position- weekends a must.
Spanish speaking is a must.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Triaging patients (obtaining patient medical history, CC/HPI, vital signs).
- Phlebotomy - drawing blood, specimen collection and handling.
- Assisting with office procedures such as colposcopies, LEEPs, Endosee, etc.
- Computer savvy and familiar with entering medical information into EMR system (we use ModMed).
- Professional demeanor, self motivated and dependable.
- Team player and is able to work well with others.
