Brownsville Multi-Service (BMS) Family Health Center Position Requirements
Hiring for 3 locations in Brownsville, Brooklyn, NY, and 1 location in East New York, Brooklyn, NY
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $63,700-$74,620 per year ($32-$38 per hour) + benefits
Must have NYS LPN License
Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
At least 1 year previous related nursing experience in a clinic or hospital strongly preferred
BLS certification required
Bilingual in English and Spanish/Creole/French/Arabic/Russian a plus (not required)
Must be able to work ALL shifts- 8:30-4:30 3 days a week and alternating 2 late shifts (10-6 or 12-8) or 1 late shift and 1 Saturday 8:30-4:30 shift. Work week is 35 hours.
Must demonstrate satisfactory interpersonal relationships and evidence of good professional conduct
COVID vaccine not required
Nurse Manager: $100,000-$110,000 per year + benefits
Must be NYS Licensed Registered Nurse
Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with ASN or BSN
Previous related experience with a minimum of two years Pediatric, OB/GYN, and Adult Medicine experience
Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory/management position
BCLS certification required
Infection Control certificate required
Child Abuse certificate required
Bilingual is a plus
Must demonstrate satisfactory interpersonal relationships and evidence of good professional conduct
Must be able to float throughout all five sites as needed
