Companionship case, Meal prep (sit and eat with her) around 2:30-3pm and leave something in case she's hungry again after the caregiver leaves. Make decaf and a cookie upon her start. Stand by assist with all adls. Bland, clean meals ie: cheese omeletes, broiled chicken with vegetable, etc, NO SPICES. Has anxiety and depression, so DO NOT PUSH, gentle encouragement needed.
Caregiver must have at least two years of experience in home care or facility.
Certification (CNA, HHA, PCA, etc.) preferred but not required
Drivers license and car required.
