Case Managers needed for positions at shelters in Brooklyn and Bronx temp to perm.
Provide direct services to caseload of clients. Conduct psychosocial evaluations, connect clients to psychiatric services and prepare all documentations for housing applications.
Case Manager experience required.
Different Locations in Brooklyn.
BA Degree required.
Pay $23-$25.
