Insurance Eligibility and Benefits Verification: Confirm patient insurance details to ensure coverage for proposed healthcare services.
Authorization Management: Prepare and submit detailed authorization requests by insurance companies, ensuring approval is giving to front desk and on the patient chart, and included for efficient claim processing.
Billing Operations: Submit billing data to appropriate insurance company, process claims from the medical software, and resolve any denial instances and giving reasons to front desk to prevent uncovered treatment.
Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and front desk staff, streamlining the authorization approval process.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications related to insurance claims and authorizations.
