Our client is seeking experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team within our supportive housing program. The ideal candidate will oversee Social Service Supervisors, Case Managers, and Client Care Coordinators while ensuring compliance with program policies and regulations. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster community partnerships to enhance client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership:

Supervise and support a team of Social Service Supervisors, Case Managers, and Client Care Coordinators.

Provide clinical oversight, ensuring high-quality case management and supportive counseling services.

Offer training, coaching, and professional development to staff, integrating social work values into service delivery.

Program & Client Management:

Oversee the supportive housing process to ensure clients receive appropriate services.

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with OTDA, DHS, and contractual requirements.

Lead case conferences for high-risk clients and long-term residents, ensuring a client-centered approach

Community & Stakeholder Engagement:

Establish partnerships with community agencies, including mental health, substance abuse, and child welfare services.

Conduct outreach to enhance on-site care coordination and streamline referral processes.

Act as a liaison with key agencies, including the Administration for Children's Services (ACS), and attend relevant meetings.

Crisis Intervention & Compliance:

Monitor incident reports and provide crisis intervention support.

Ensure clinical best practices in responding to emergencies and client crises.

Serve as a mandated reporter for child welfare concerns.

Essential Functions:

Escort clients to appointments as needed.

Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends (monthly on-call), and some holidays.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Current NYS LCSW or LMHC license.

Experience: Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Proven ability to develop and facilitate group sessions and curricula.

Experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance abuse issues, and homelessness.

Strong crisis intervention and case management skills.

Pay Rate: $48.00 - $48.90 per hour
