Responsibilities:
Set up and manage insurance company and dental office portals
Work closely with dental offices to ensure smooth setup and integration
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or setup issues
Maintain accuracy and efficiency while working under time-sensitive conditions
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various online platforms
Fast learner with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills to interact with dental offices and insurance providers
Previous experience in healthcare, dental, or insurance portal setup is a plus
