Our healthcare client in Queens is looking for a Credentialing Analyst for a temporary 3-month assignment, maybe longer.
Handle for all licensure credentialing for both new providers and annual renewals
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to credentialing.
Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to facilitate the credentialing process.
Review applications for completeness and accuracy, following up with applicants as necessary.
Prepare reports on credentialing activities for management review.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical office or managed care environment is a must
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary 38.00 - 40.00 /hr
