We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our dental professionals in providing excellent patient care and ensuring smooth daily operations within the practice.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Take digital X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
Completion of a Dental Assistant program or relevant certification a plus
X-ray certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in dental software and computer skills
Prior experience in a dental office preferred but not required
