Position: Dental Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Bar and Smith Dental
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Dental Assistant (chairside assists, sterilization, X-rays, etc.)
Strong front desk skills: answering phones, scheduling, verifying insurance, checking patients in/out
Excellent communication and a genuinely caring personality
Someone who is reliable, professional, organized, and eager to grow
A team player who enjoys a positive, supportive environment
What You’ll Do
Assist our doctors and hygienists chairside
Help maintain a clean, efficient, well-organized clinical flow
Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk as needed
Handle scheduling, insurance checks, and daily office tasks
Contribute to a smooth, friendly, and efficient patient experience
