Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a dental assistant. This individual should be passionate about assisting in dental procedures and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
Maintain accurate patient records
Perform office tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a dental assistant
Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
X-ray certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable and punctual
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
