Our office is looking for a front desk with an amazing attitude and willingness to continue to build and evolve the practice. We are primarily a FFS office and take major PPO insurances.
The front desk will oversee patient experience and administration of the office, including but not limited to:
1) Insurance verification
2) Managing and responding o booking inquiries, via phone or online
3) Overseeing patient-management software, ensuring accurate records
Skills:
1) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2 Knowledge of insurance claims and submissions
3) Experience with Dentrix and Eaglesoft
4) Reliable, patient and professional
