Candidate must be upbeat, well-spoken, and must have a great attitude when handling calls. Needs to have great customer service skills, ability to multi-task, schedule appointments, and communicate effectively with patients. A good personality is key. Willing to learn. This position is suitable for an organized and reliable individual with a minimum one year experience.

Requirements:
- Excellent in-person communication and Phone skills
- Organization
- Time management and Multitasking abilities
- An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow or ability to learn
- Computer literacy in basic applications
- Proficient in creating letters necessary to communicate with patients.
