Compensation: $650–$1,000 per day (based on experience) + 35% of production

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and other restorative and cosmetic procedures
Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients in a clear and empathetic manner
Deliver high-quality care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
Stay current with continuing education and dental best practices
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Active New York State dental license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality clinical care and patient satisfaction
Experience with digital charting and modern dental software preferred
