10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes every other weekend)

Duration: 16-week assignment with potential for extension
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dietetic Technician to join a reputable medical facility in New York, NY. Selected candidates will undergo 2-3 weeks of training before commencing work and will be scheduled for 5 days per week, including rotating holidays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing nutritional care plans for patients.
Collaborate with food service staff to ensure compliance with dietary requirements.
Maintain accurate records of dietary activities.
Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and families regarding nutritional needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervising dietitian or food service manager.
Required Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED (required). Associate’s degree in Nutrition, Food Service, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience in dietetics or food service.
Certifications: Valid Food Safety Certification (required).
Additional Information:
The unit will operate 7 days a week, and scheduling will include rotating holidays and weekends.
Candidates must be flexible and dependable to meet the needs of the facility.
