Experienced Treatment Coordinator – Dental Office
Bilingual English/Spanish Required
We’re looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who knows how to confidently guide patients into treatment with compassion, clarity, and strong closing skills. If you’re someone who blends a sales mindset with genuine care for patients’ health, you’ll feel right at home with us.
What You’ll Do:
Help patients understand and accept recommended treatment
Confidently present financial options and close treatment plans
Communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
Bring in new patients and help them start treatment independently
Work closely with the dental and admin team to support a smooth patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in treatment coordination or dental sales
Strong closing ability and excellent communication skills
Compassionate, patient-focused, and personable
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
