12 hour overnight shifts in Brookfield CT- 84 y/o woman discharged from hospital after admission for UTI and respiratory infection. diagnosed also with CHF while in patient. History of mild to moderate dementia in recent months, severly exaccerbated by infections and Hospital stay. Discharged to home, and fell within 12 hrs, hitting her head and having a subdural hemorrhage (brain bleed) from recent start on Eliquis blood thinners for Afib. Is now home recovering and needs 24 hr care.
Certification (HHA, CNA, PCA) not mandatory but preferred.
