Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly upon arrival, facilitate the check-in and check-out process and provide direction or assistance as needed.
Assist with registration process and enter all informtaion into the Medical Record system with attention to detail.
Answer professionally to incoming calls, providing assistance and accurate infromation to callers.
Schedule patient appoitnments accuratly and attentivly to ensure smooth operations for patients and front-desk staff.
Varify patients insurance coverage, eligibility, and authorization, acuratly inputting all the information into Medical Record sysyem.
Asses and collect payment based on insurance coverage of the patients.
Maintain HIPPA compliance.
Perfom other radiology duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in healthcare setting; experience in radiology setting preffered.
Strong computer skills; experience in Medical Record systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Bilingual in English and Russian.
