Dentist Duties and Responsibilities
Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits and preventive dental care techniques.
Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all aspects of patient treatment.
Provide patient care for cracked or fractured teeth, including necessary procedures.
Perform procedures to treat decay and cavities, including preparing and placing fillings.
Conduct comprehensive examinations to diagnose dental and jaw conditions.
Perform all phases and types of general dentistry procedures with precision and care.
Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests to determine treatment plans.
Administer local anesthetics for patient comfort during procedures.
Perform tooth extractions and root canal treatments effectively and efficiently.
Diagnose and treat various oral diseases and conditions.
Create detailed and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and answer any questions or concerns.
Integrate new and digital technology to provide exemplary patient care
Requirements:
Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
Active state dental license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice.
Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry procedures.
Strong leadership skills to guide clinical support staff effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
