Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers with valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or PCA (Personal Care Aide) certification to join our team. The ideal candidates will be dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and support to our clients, helping them to live independently and comfortably in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized in-home assistance to our clients, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality care is maintained.
- Assist with medication management, following Plan of Care and instructions.
Qualifications:
- Valid HHA or PCA certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must pass a background check.
