Job Opportunity: Hiring Employee for DME Company – Floral Park, NY
We are a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company located in Floral Park, NY, and we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated employee to join our team! If you're interested in a flexible work schedule and want to make a difference in the healthcare field, this opportunity is for you.
Position Details:
Location: Floral Park, NY
Schedule: Monday to Thursday (4 days a week) 12/1PM-6/7PM.
In-Field Schedule (ASTORIA): Every Tuesday (except 1st Tuesday of the month) and every Thursday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (some days may end earlier, around 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM, or 5 PM, depending on the day’s workload).
We are currently hiring and want to provide a clear outline of our onboarding process:
Phase 1 – Field Training (First 2–3 Weeks):
New hires will begin with field work only, scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. This phase allows us to assess performance, work ethic, and fit for the role in a hands-on environment.
Phase 2 – Office Training (After Initial Evaluation):
If everything goes well during the initial field training period, we will then transition into a mixed schedule of in-office and field work. Office training will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, while field work will continue. This phase will focus on developing both your office and field-related skills.

Hourly Pay: $18/hour
Job Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations in the DME industry.
Provide customer service and client support.
Organize inventory and assist with shipments.
Billing, emails, and paperwork, etc.
Travel to surgical centers (every Tuesday & every Thursday) to support field operations.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
No previous experience necessary; training will be provided
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work early hours (6:00 AM starts on field days)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations (Surgical Centers)
