About Us
We are a specialty physical therapy clinic focused on orthopedic injuries in performing artists (ballet, Broadway, dance, theater). Our multidisciplinary team works closely with dancers, actors, and musicians to deliver evidence-based care. We are offering a private treatment room for rent to a licensed massage therapist who wants to work with a performance-oriented clientele.
Position
- Room rental for an independent licensed massage therapist (LMT) on a rent-a-room/independent contractor basis.
- Ideal for a therapist experienced with or interested in treating dancers, performers, and orthopedic injuries.
Room & Clinic Features
- Private treatment room with massage table, linens, and storage
- Shared waiting area, reception
- On-site PT team for professional collaboration and cross-referrals

Qualifications
- Active state massage therapy license (must provide copy)
- Current liability insurance (minimum $1M recommended)
- Experience with orthopedic and/or performing-arts populations preferred
- Professional, punctual, and collaborative; ability to manage own scheduling and billing
Rent & Terms
- Rent: $150.00/day (excludes utilities)
- Security deposit: $500.00
- Minimum rental commitment: [e.g., 3 months]
