Job description
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of MPI, EMR and scanning software
-Answer’s telephone and refers calls appropriately
-Demonstrates basic knowledge of physician chart completion procedures
-Accurately organize, scan, and assign form identification to medical records, and release to the EMR
-Demonstrates the ability to assist physicians and/or hospital staff with the retrieval of medical information
-Assist’s physicians with basic chart completion procedures
-Organizes and completes work assignments within scheduled work period
-Performs all other related duties as assigned.
