Job Description: Clinical Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to)
Interview patients to gather medical history and document in EMR
Prepare patients and exam rooms for examinations
Assist physicians during exams
Answer medical-related calls and messages, handle prescription refills, and convey provider advice
Job Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Spanish or Mandarin preferred)
MUST have a positive, friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
Organized, punctual, responsible, and dependable
