We are a fast growing Medical Billing Company. . We are looking for a Medical Biller to join our team. Experience in No Fault/WC billing and collections is a plus. You should have at least 1 year experience as a Medical Biller.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be inputting the proper data in order to bill out claims.
You will be receiving a stack of bills daily, and will have to input the demographic, insurance information, and claim information into our system. You will then have to print out the bills and attach them to the corresponding medical records.
You will be calling offices for any missing information that you find on the bills.
You will be scanning the completed billing packets onto our billing system.
If all billing is completed, you are expected to help with other office work in order to have the business run as efficiently as possible.
Job Requirements:
You must have very fast typing skills.
You must be organized and pay close attention to detail
You must work well with others
You must have knowledge of CPT and ICD codes
You must be punctual and professional
You must have good communication skills and work well within a team setting
Your training will be in-person, in the office for 2-3 months. After training is complete, you will be able to work from home and you will be required to come to the office only to drop off/pick up work on an as-needed basis .
There is unlimited room for growth. We offer 6 days PTO after your first three months working, then 6 more days of PTO after another three months. We offer paid holidays. We offer 1 hour a day paid lunch.
