Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Approx 30 hours/week
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
-Must possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. 1 years.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
