JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Supervising Pharmacist to formulate a New York State (NYS) Registered Pharmacy Establishment.
The location of the pharmacy will be in either Valley Stream or Flushing, New York.
Activities/Duties prior to opening:
- Provide endorsement and required NYS license qualifications for the application/establishment process for an upcoming NYS Registered Pharmacy Establishment.
- Designation by the owner as the Supervising Pharmacist (Pharmacist in Charge).
- Put into effect the construction of a new pharmacy in queens or Nassau county (location is not precisely determined until application is approved).
Requirements:
- Active pharmacist license in the state of New York.
